The new autumn karate term is just around the corner! Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or wanting to try out karate for the first time, we can't wait to welcome you to our dojo. 

Our training goes beyond just kicking and punching. It's a journey that challenges you physically and mentally, helping you to unlock your full potential. Karate is a fantastic way to improve your fitness, strength and flexibility, but it also provides a unique opportunity to build unshakable confidence. Classes are held in Studio 4 at Jacksons Lane (directly opposite Highgate Tube station) every Tuesday and Thursday at 20.00-21.30
